Fifth book update

Greetings readers, It's been quite a busy summer! I know in my previous update I shared with you how 'The War' had some major set backs. Fear not I've smoothed the major kinks out and I've begun writing the book again. I've also been working on other projects to help my creative juices going so I'm not focused on one story.

I have to admit I'm disappointed, I thought by this point I would have published the book by now. Obviously I haven't, but I recently was encouraged. On May 20th and 21rd I attended a Writers conference hosted by North West Christian Writers Assoiation called Write Now!

There were amazing guest speakers, fellow writers, and others who helped support and run the conference. At one point one of the keynote speakers shared that writing is a process, it doesn't always come when we expect it to, but, the journey should be enjoyed. I'm focusing on enjoying the process and not craning my head back to gawk at the massive mountain before me, but on the scenery and taking one step at a time. So my fellow book lover, go out and enjoy your favorite novel, or find a new read that you can fall in love with. Until next time!
