Alba Nocterul

Alba Nocterul is a half-elf witch who leads the Sacred Coven of Niselenas in the city of the same name. Her official title is Head Sister of the Coven.

History

Alba was born as a halfblood to an elf mother and a human father in the Empire of the Sun . After being abandoned by her father, life for Alba and his mother became even more difficult due to racial discrimination present in the Empire. After an empire captain tried to capture Alba and his mother to be used as slaves, they managed to escape thanks to a witch that was travelling the Empire. One teleportation spell later, the life of Alba changed forever. She was no longer in the Empire, she was in the city of Niselenas far north of what she ever dreamed of.
After establishing themselves, Alba began to study under the care of the Sacred Coven of the city, proving to be an excellent student, growing her mundane talents and awakening their magical ones. After a few years of studying, Alba made their ceremony to enter the Sacred Coven officially, following the old traditions of the organization.
As part of the Sacred Coven, Alba proved to be a valuable asset, teaching new generations of witches, helping build infrastructure in the city using magic and also serving a couple years as a battle-witch of the Coven. This actions made her a well known person in the city, coupled with her great charisma and intelligence, she was elected as the Head Sister of the Coven, a title she has carried for six consecutive years.

Accomplishments

• Alba is a powerful witch that has demonstrated great dominion of all the schools of magic, especially with the Conjuration, Abjuration and Transmution schools. It is rumored that she is able to use 9th-circle leveled spells.
• She has experience in guerrilla and large scale warfare due to his time serving as a battle-witch.
• Great knowledge in history, culture and infrastructure.
• Experience as a leader and diplomat.
• Expansion of the city of Niselena with 3 new districts.
• Creation of the Night Owls, a group of witches who travel around the world looking for people in difficult situations, especially women and children, to offer them a place to live in Niselenas.
