King Francis Leopold III is the ruler of the kingdom of Brisland and the duchy of Brisburgh.

Faustus Olafson is the uncle of King Francis Leopold III and duke of Northampton.

Duchy of Northampton

The Duchy of Northampton lies in the northwest of Brisland. The seat of the Duchy, the city of Northampton, is nestled in the foothills of the Pinecrest Mountains.

Liam Cobb

Liam Cobb is the son of a grain farmer, born in the village of Glenshire in Brisland.

Adrienn Jager

Adrienn Jager is the affable baron of Glenshire, a small village to the south of Northampton.

Drakhari

The Drakhari are a faction of the Fae people who rebelled and split from the main Fae civilization almost four thousand years ago over ideological differences.

Eldaran

The Eldaran - in their own tongue 'those who follow the old ways' - consider themselves to be the pure inheritors of the Fae lineage.

Astani

The Astani - or 'caretakers' in their tongue - is a brotherhood made up of both former Eldaren and Drakhari who strive to preserve the natural order in all things.

Odeteros

Odeteros is the founder and leader of the @[Astani](organization:7f56be93-76ce-422d-a872-098331f0b9d4), a group of Fae who believe in a more balanced approach to maintaining the fabric of reality.

Malachai

Malachai is the prince of the Eldaren and leader of their armies. He has fought for over five hundred years to preserve the Eldaren way of life, The Source, and the safety of the Mortal Realms from the forces of the Drakhari.

Sira

Sira is a princess of the Eldaren, and sister to @[Malachai](person:d13becf0-d531-4cec-bdc6-0b14864e03b7). She is an accomplished shaper and a skilled warrior.

The Kingslayer Rebellion took place from 792 to 793 I.R. within the borders of the Kingdom of Brisland.

The Principality of Remaria is a nation in the east of Istaria, along the southwestern coast near the mouth of the Sea of Mist.

Zethrendal is the lord of wisdom, keeper of the Truth, and loremaster of all the realms.

Elaia

Elaia is the Divine of love, family, peace, agriculture, and trade.

Morkaiden

Morkaiden is the lord of death, ruler of the afterlife, and he who deals out the punishment of those judged guilty by Praedus.
