The head nun at the monastery that voluntarily left in order to be interrogated in Hygrim. She took the remaining members of the church with her and after a short interrogation, turned over the deed to the monastery as well. She is a gentle but tired soul, embracing her new mission to care for the refugees at the church. This has made her the de-facto leader of these people.
- Introduced in Chapter 4 when Grendira and Jade entered the Holdside Church. There they see Meredith taking care of the refugees.
- The previous owner of the cliffside monastery. She willingly surrendered the deed to the Duke, noting that it was always property of Hygrim.
- Tina did not talk with Meredith until Chapter 6, shortly after the incident where Jade's old friends failed to start a rebellion.
- Although friendly towards Tina, their conversation seemed strained. Meredith expressed joy that Tina had found friends, implying that Tina had a life of solitude at the monastery.
- The day after the Caravan of Values rolled into town, Meredith was found murdered in the abandoned manor. Her manner of death is reflective of how Jonas died - including an apology written near the body.
