The Hulk can use the LEAP rules when making a MOVE action.

Should The Hulk ever be involved in a FIGHT action where the opponents STR is equal to or greater than the Hulk's...The Hulk uses the opponent's STR and adds +4 to the result.
One Use Powers
Supersonic Clap
As part of a MOVE Action, The Hulk's supersonic clap creates a shockwave. All other models (friend or foe) in the Hulk's Engagement Zone are SUPPRESSED and all fires are put out.
Intimidating Roar
As a free action, the Hulk can make a (..ahem..) CHARM action using his STR instead of CHA.
Impenetrable Rage
When defending, the Hulk can use his STR instead of INT.

Special Rules
"I'm Always Angry"
