Finely tuned bows of destruction. Magic inherent to find their foes and remove them. The Guardians of the forest, the fires of the elven forge. The true elven warriors and the ones you do not oppose.— Elven Children’s Story.
When the elves flocked to the portals of the new Material Plane, the Grugach were not willing. They were forced into the new world to explore and to fight. To take their warlike understandings away from those in the feywild. So, with heavy weapons, they left.
Rahz-Pluoht found them and offered each a flaming sword to fine tune their instincts and learn to slay the hordes. They all accepted, down to the last one. And swore to protect the lands of the ones that had forced them away. So, their colors did fly and they found the cities. They found the forests and gave credence to the trees.
They learned the secrets and learned them well, so they could be a warrior force unlike any prior told. They grew in number and trained hard. Increasing their standards, constantly raising the bars. And when the time came to fight and make proof of the prowess they had, the battlefield was left bloody and the Grugach carried off heads.
And so they were proven to be effective. Warriors of the forest and guardians of the ejected. They see the ones around them as people to be guarded, and foreigners as ticking bombs to be discarded.
Commonly Found in:
Grugach are found in the
Forests of Uuku and the
Frost Shield, it is extremely rare to find them outside of these places unless they are in the presence of other elves that they seem to be guarding. Most make no secret of their extreme distaste of mortals.
