When the elves flocked to the portals of the new Material Plane, the High Elves stepped through into the lush forests of Uuku. To a clearing that could hold ten thousand elves. In the center of this land was a small hill with a sapling growing out of it. The elves approached, intrigued and met the man who planted the seed. Rogalev greeted them and offered them the chance to be, as he said; “The bulwark of nature, to take the responsibility in his stead.”
Many agreed and took to watering the seed. And from that seed grew an immense tree. The tree was touched and taught to know the hands of magic and careful guidance that would follow. From the seeds of this grand old tree, a thousand forests would breed. And cities of wood, of magic and desire, would prosper here until the High Elves tire.
Within these cities of wood and tested ire, the haughtiness of nature did grow. The High Elves saw their great works and boasted to all they saw as below. That they had built the greatest cities this world would ever know. And this seemed to be true, for what could compete? With miles of forest turned into gorgeous streets.
Commonly Found in:
High Elves are most commonly found in the Forests of Uuku. Maintaining ancient cities of wood and rebuilding/regrowing damage from the Orcish Incursion. However, as the favored of Rogalev, a small number can’t help but to be gripped by the fever of DraKaise and wrenched away from their contented lives.
Some make their ways to the cities of the world, to find what interests them and potentially return with it or the concepts to the forests they hail as home. For little outside their cities can compare in their minds.
