Trigger:
Target object takes damage equal to its hardness + 5 or greater.
Impact:
When an object takes durability damage it gains 1 rank of Rank of damage status per 5 points of damage in excess of the objects hardness.
Description:
  • Damaged objects, including armor, lose 1 point of hardness per rank of damaged status applied.
  • Damaged weapons take a 1 point penalty to impact per rank of damaged status applied.
  • Damaged activated objects have a baseline 75% chance to fail to activate. This chance decreases by 5% per rank of damaged status applied.
  • If an object reaches 0 durability, it gains the broken status. Then broken status removes and replaces the damaged status.
