Impact:
Character loses 1 hp per round until stabilized and can not regenerate health by normal resting.
Description:

When a character's health drops below 0, they gain the dying condition and begin losing 1 hp per round. Any time a character with the dying condition takes damage that character must make a save (CR10 + 2 per point of HP below 0) to fall unconscious. If the character's health pool reaches -10, the character dies. Character's with the dying condition do not regenerate health by resting.

Any condition that deals damage to the target over time and are dependent upon an outside agent, such as poison or disease, will prevent a character from stabilizing until that condition is removed. Damage conditions that are purely physical and do not depend upon an outside agent to function, such as bleeding, end if a character makes a successful stabilization roll.

Removal:
Each round a character may make a stabilization check (CR 10 + 1 per point of HP below 0) to stabilize. A successful roll removes the Dying condition and applies the Stabilized condition.
