Introduction

Grandmaster Sorin is spectacular in the airbending arena, but even moreso on the stage (especially as one of the founders of the infamous Misty Cavern!). An admirer of comedy and a knack for making people laugh, Sorin is a friend to many and a delight to be around.

Character

Appearance

Neither the best or worst looking. Has red eyes. Has dark brown wavy hair that is more times than not dissolved and messy due to the wind he creates with air bending. He is 5'11'/five foot eleven inches or 180cm. He is toned but not ripped, he wears a tridiagonal air nation around with a gold bracelet around his left wrist, a gift form his mother when they lived in the Fire Nation.

Personality

A bit mischievous he has the tendency to pull pranks with his air bending, but never to the extent that he and his victim cant laugh it off afterward. Likes jokes and has a great sense of humor, or at least he thinks so. When it comes to fights he usually lets the problems between others handle themselves if you where to find him in the arena you might just see him watching others fight it out. That doesn't mean that he is not capable of fighting; usually he won't engage in a fight unless he was attacked first the only exceptions are when he is trying to stop other from going to far in a fight.

Life

The son of a Fire Nation noble father and an Air Nomad mother, Sorin was born at Air Temple Island but raised in the Fire Nation with both parents. His father trained him in the ways of combat so that if he ever found himself in a fight he could defend himself. His father also taught him of honor and pride in one's family giving Sorin a strong connection to the fire nation and his family there. His mother taught him of the ways of the Air Nomads and the peaceful lives they tried to live, she taught him to avoid the fight when he could and to help people when they needed it. in the year 300 AG, his father went to aid in the war with the Foggy Swamp people but was unfortunately killed in the battle. His mother died of an illness only a few years later in the 302 AG left alone as an only child he spent the next five years finding peace in his grief after this time he gave away the family fortune to the Fire Nation and left to join an air temple. In the year 307 AG Sorin joined the Western Air Temple as a novice bender and began his journey to mastery.
