Noatak can have an extremely volatile and rude personality when you meet in at first. When you get to know him, he will open up to you and can turn out to be a pretty sweet person if you give him the chance.

Due to him being an architect of the Water Tribe, Noatak is very hard-working and detail oriented. If Noatak is determined to finish a project, he will see throught it into the end.

Clothing

Noatak wears similar clothes to what he wore whilst he lived in the Southern Water Tribe with a light blue tunic with a darker blue overcoat.

Life

Noatak was born to well-to-do parents in a large, home in Harbour City. As an infant, he was always interested in playing with blocks rather than playing with other kids. One day he discovered that he was a bender like his mother and father while almost drowning in the Harbour City port. Over time, he grew in skill. He was always interested in designing buildings even as a child and dreamt of being an architect one day. Eventually, he was forced to serve in the army during the Water Tribe's war with the Fire Nation, and his father died in his arms during the battle of New Kasen. He will always resent the Water Chief, Nakari, for forcing him and his father to serve. That is what lead to him being one of the founding members of the Water Tribe Radio Rebellion that famously ousted Chief Nakari. After stabilising the Water Tribe in the aftermath of the Radio Rebellion, he began to design buildings in the Southern Water Tribe. While building something in Harbour City, the visiting Swamp Elder, Miara, took a liking to his build style. When she asked him to redesign her palace, he accepted and moved to the swamp, leaving behind his former life in the South. Now, he is a resident of the swamp who enjoys designing builds and practising his bending from time to time.
