Alema's mansion

That house? Well...it's very pink.
— A villager to a visitor
Tucked away amidst a lush forest and a vast field in the Kingdom of Larton on the planet of Terria lies Alema’s Mansion. The building was designed and built 126 years ago by Alema around her 24th birthday. After a couple of incidents she decided that she needed to move out of her parent’s huge estate and that is what she did. She designed and paid for the creation of the mansion. She lived with friends during the years it took to build it.   The building is currently in ruin. When Alema died at the age of 58 from a heart attack her body was not found right away. It took 3 days before anyone found her where she lay dead among her bees. No new owners ever settled in the mansion and it fell to ruin...

The grounds

The grounds encompasses the fields in front of the mansion and parts of the forest behind the building. Right behind the mansion sits a smaller building with tools and items for keeping bees. Alema ran a Star honey production business out of her mansion. Next to her busniess building there are several bee hives. Some of these are also set up closer to the forest. There were also a group further out in the fields.

The mansion

The building has three floors and is made out of pink colored bricks. The window and door frames are black and so is the roof tiles. The roof is gabled and the tiles are black clay.   The porch in front of the entrance doors is made out of black stones and have 5 steps up to black wooden double door with sidelites on both sides and a transom window on the top. The windows are stainless pink patterns. To either side of the entrance is a casement window which shows the large vestibule inside. On either side of those are two huge bay windows.   On the other side of the building across from the entrance is a large stained glass window that almost reaches from the ground to the roof. The window is of a fair haired young woman with flowers and bees around her hair long wavy hair. She's wearing a pink dress and holding a hive tool.   The other windows around the building are casement windows. The windows have the traditional style of grille patterns and are also made out of wood like all the frames.

The rooms

On the other side of the large entrance doors is a 6m x 6m large room that streaches the 3 floors of the building. The floors, wall and ceiling is white and pale pink marble. Across from the entrance door is a staircase. After about 10 large steps on the staircase is a landing with a huge stained glass window, also facing the entrance. The stained window is the same window that can be seen from the outside. From the landing the staircase is split in two and continues to the left and to the right. The right staircase leads to the right wing and the left leads to the left wing of the building. It's not apparent but outside clothes and shoes are stored below the staircase.   From the entrance way the left wall and the right wall have archways that leads to bottom floors of the left and right wing.   Except for the entrance vestibule with it's glossy marble, all other rooms have black wooden floors with carpets, white ceilings and dark pink flowered wall papers. Most rooms also have a painting or two.   The bottom floor left wing contains Alema's master suite, a library and a sitting room. The bottom floor right wing contains a dining room, a butlery, the kitchene and a game room that has a pool table and a table for tabletop games.   The left wing on the second floor contains another sitting room, 2 guest suites and a stair case to the top flor left wing that contains the bedrooms of the male staff, a small kitchenette and bathrooms.   The right wing on the second floor contains a large library, another game room and the stair to the top floor right wing that contains bedrooms for the female staff, a small kitchenette and bathrooms.
