The Station Stalker

I don’t like going to abandoned areas at night.
— An inhabitant
The Station Stalker is an amalgamation of several similar urban legends around The Station and Areu. This creature, as described by those who claim to have encountered it, is a grotesque figure. Its body is gaunt and elongated, draped in tattered clothing that rustles as it moves. Its face is obscured by shadows, with eyes that glow faintly in the dark. Some say these eyes reflect the fears of those who gaze into them, paralyzing them with an indescribable terror.   Some people believe that the Stalker is a remnant of a time long past, a vengeful spirit of a worker who perished in The Station's early days of construction. Others believe it to be an entity from another realm, just like the Dragons.   Sightings of the Station Stalker are rare, but when they occur, they are often accompanied by strange phenomena. Electrical devices flicker and fail, shadows lengthen and twist unnaturally, and whispers echo down the halls. These sightings have mostly only been around Those areas but sightings have been reported in other places as well.   Despite the terror it inspires, some locals view the Stalker as a guardian of sorts. They believe that by respecting The Station and its history, they can avoid the wrath of the Stalker. This belief has led to various rituals and offerings being made to appease the entity, including leaving food or other items at certain locations.   There have been reports of people going missing close to these areas. Many of the public blame the Stalker but the authorities say that this creature doesn’t exist. While there have been people missing the authorities say that these people might just have run away. There have also been a couple of people found dead, but those have only been accidents...   The rise in the popularity of this urban legend has garnered more interest for Those areas by the influencers, specifically those who focus on the supernatural. The government have shut down some of the more popular areas. But sometimes the door just don’t seem to work like they should…
