Political Action Problem
In political science, the rule that a government powerful enough to enforce the law is also capable of violating said law to oppress its citizens. Solving the political action problem is a critical component of a good government, and many means have been developed for this (constitutions, democracies, courts, etc.).
Anarchists and some types of libertarian believe the political action problem makes all governments inherently flawed, and therefore advocate for a stateless society.
