Unusual for a
Dral'azie city-state on account of that it is never in the same place that one would expect. The floating city is built upon an island drifting in the Crystal sea, at least that is what many would be forgiven to believe. From here, it can command its vast fleets that control most of the under oceans and waterways of the middle layer. Clamping down, and controlling a monopoly of maritime trade.

The city-state has little interest in the grand politics that other houses within
The Tra'vanor Imperium are embroiled in. Only engaging in the political sphere when it could be advantageous to Na'alvihor and House Naggacii's propserity. Often brokering pacts and negotiating trade agreements with internal partners of the imperium or foreign powers with little regard for diplomatic relations with the rest of the imperium. It's only concern is that of its trade routes, and enduring its network of land based trading caravans and assets are not interfered with.
Na'alvihor itself is ancient. Beneath the veneer of the city-states
Dral'azie architecture lies the foundations bof a city once belonging to one of the underworld precursors, long since disappeared into the annuals of history. Much of it has was rebuilt and repurposed by the Na’alvihorians, caring little for the preservation of its antediluvian architecture or history. To a Na’alvihorians mindset, the ruins and their plunder were merely a resource to be exploited.
