Cult of Deviance

This sect of the Cult of Graz'zt is based out of the Palace of Pleasure in Port Nyanzaru. Hidden underneath the Palace, this secret cult recruits new members through the brothel above. The cult attracts those who seek to lose themselves in pleasure above all else. The cult specializes in fulfillment of dark delights and forbidden ecstasies in return for loyal service. Seen as vulgar and obscene by much of the population, the cult is active in the shadows and has powerful allies within the city. The leader of the cult is a conniving and selfish woman named Isi Bolélé. She was once an acolyte of Sune, but was exiled from the temple. She began the Palace of Pleasure and quickly became one of the most influential people in the lower class of the city. She is regarded by most people of the city as the "Beggar Princess", a title she wears proudly. She gained so much power through her seduction and secret collecting as the leader of her cult. Following her lead, the cult trades in favors and secrets rather than coin. The Cults largest contact in the city is Merchant Prince Kwayothé who was provided with two personal consorts by the cult. This deal was in exchange for security if the cult's practices became public knowledge. During the induction of new members to the cult, an emissary of the Dark Prince presides over the proceedings, which concludes with the new followers being treated to a night of utter debauchery in the secret chambers beneath the Palace of Pleasure. The cult's current objective is to perform a ritual of utter depravity and lust-induced bloodshed. If completed, this ritual will transform Isi into a Lamia and the rest of the cult into Jackalweres in service to Isi.
