Sharpshooter
You've got a keen eye and a steady hand. The difficulty of a shot is calculated as if the target is one range band closer.
On Top of Things
You may spend a Fate Point to go first in an action scene, regardless of who would otherwise have that advantage.
If the scene has already started and you have not acted in the round, then you may spend a Fate Point to act next. This may only be done at the conclusion of a character's action. (You are essentially stealing their right to pick the next character to act.) Note that this means that you can break the usual rule against acting last in one round and first in the next.
Relax, I Only Need One Hand
Driving while doing some other action normally results in a penalty to both your driving and whatever else you're doing. You don’t suffer that penalty when driving is your primary action and the other action is something minor, or you’re taking some other primary action, but conditions are such that keeping the vehicle on the road isn’t all that challenging.
