Personal history

Shortly after his 11th birthday, Aommon's father was killed, leaving him an orphan on the material plane. Aommon, growing up in the small northern village of Frostkeep, could find the noble family responsible, and through sheer luck, get his revenge with his father's wand of magic missiles.

Shortly after Aommon wandered into the den of a silver dragon whose clutch of eggs was just slaughtered by the very noble family Aommon killed. Acting in haste, the dragon placed a mark of death on him, and then after realizing the truth changed the mark of death to a mark of warding. She then took the young boy and continued to raise him as her own.

As Aommon grew, he was able to seek out a tattoo artist and obtain a masquerade tattoo similiar in design to that of his late fathers. Around the time that he obtained his masquerade tattoo, Aommon joined the local Assassin's guild Venom of the Trusted. The Guild Mother, a minotaur by the name of Mounim Valiantvigor, affectionately know to many in the town as Momma MouMou, was known to be a fair judge of character.

A bounty for one Victora Vance was placed with the Venom of the Trusted and Mounim assigned Aommon to the task.
