Baecos' Beacon

According to legdend Baecos' Beacon is the only item capable of lighting magical darkness. The torch was uncovered deep within the Saru Iron Mines, when it was first lit by Vibidia Priscian, the cavern lit up magnificantly and revealing several large veins of iron and even some silver.

During the War of Pyresh when the Mines were seized by the army from Triothel, and was plunged into darkness, giving the vampire army a supposed advantage, the Beacon was able to keep a group of minors safe, burning the skin of the attacking vampires.
