Aleal

Aleal, grows in small oases throughout the desert, in the country of @Kathaya. The small leaf is used in some divination teas. Unlike most plants, the Aleal blooms only by the light of the moon, and closes back up when exposed to sunlight. The upper side of the leaf is a dark green with silver veins. The bottom of the leaf is a light gray to deflect heat. When steeped the silver looks like small stars. These smol trees only grow to around a foot in height. One identifyier is the small silver flecks that can be found in the trunk at all hours. Roots are very strong and grow very deep, they have a metalic gleam to them. When cut the plant will realease a small glittery sap. It is common for gardeners to grow Aleal. It is one of very few plants that will grow in the desert. It can grow in other warm climates but refuses to grow in the cold.
