Echelon Consort

An order of (mostly) human scientists pursuing advancement of their species by any means--typically, those means were violent and involved heinous experiments conducted on hominals of ancestries that differed from their own. It was disbanded in 22 PR after the true nature of its work behind closed doors was revealed to the people of Fainarr, where they were headquartered.
