Haluk Ozran, born 149 as Haluk Basaran III, became Prince of Vaernebo in the year 181. His mother Guniya chose to change his last name to Ozran, combining hers and her late husband’s, when he became prince, the result of seeing Fumiir Oshiran receive the same treatment. He wed a Vaernish woman, Chayeva Silovna, in the year 183. Haluk died shortly before Leonov’s War began, having lived a long life (for a human) and served Fainarr faithfully, perishing in 247.
