The Eyes of Zarthilx

After Zarthilx was defeated by Chaos Legion, his Darkscar, Sullivar the Spectacular, harvested the eyes from his corpse after uncovering it from the rubble of Grotmoria and used them to create powerful artifacts: thirteen of them, to be exact.
