Twixt

Also known as the "Realm Between Realms", Twixt is a plane of boundless, shallow water, with moonlight throughout it from a source that cannot be identified. Here, the corpses of the Old Gods can be found. It is commonly seen by souls in the moment of their death, or the moments before it, as they wait to be ferried to the domain of their deity.
