Milly Velluto (a.k.a. The Whisper)

An Orphan in Dranau, Milly early on in live learned the importance of not bringing unwanted attention to herself. Now that she is an adult, those skills make her one of the most valuable and most deadly assassins of The Organization.
Her work brings her close to the Gniwer families and she has close ties to several of the Gniwer elite, both within and outside of the confines of the law.
Adopted into the Thieving ruling family, she has access to a vast amount of resources and has been able to keep a rather exceptional personal secret. She carries the Gift of the Mind, one that she sparingly uses to aid her in her work.

Special abilities

Her Gift of the Mind enables her to influence others, read their minds or even take over control of someone. As all Gifts of the Essences, the lashback is severe and since she has never attended one of the schools of The Order of Power, her father forbade her to use it.
It seems however that she has mastered her Gift and is able to use it just enough to not suffer from the consequences, whilst still enjoying it's benefits. Not much is known about how the Gifts of the Essences work and the Order of Power is unwilling to share their research with the university.

Personal history

Milly has been raised within The Organization by the leader of the Thieves, the leading faction within the organization. Though she is a well accomplished thief, if not one of the best, her true skills when it comes to assassination.
To make sure the Assassins are not making a move for power, she plays the part of an angry daughter and moved over to the Assassins.
Other than stories of her grandmother who was saved by a Naru Seeker Milly remembers little from her former life.

Sexuality

Milly does not really care about physical relationships and sees them as a way to establish connections that she can leverage in current and future missions.
Her current relationship with the Gniwer Ceylan Sinsi will soon challenge her personal beliefs and force her to face the impact of her behavior.
