Peradan is young man who took issue with the world. Growing up on Manadia, he has been studying at the Order of Power for a decade and is arguably one of the best students the school has ever seen.
He is well respected by his professors and though his peers do not necessarily like him, he is respected for his skill by them as well.
There is but one problem: Peradan wants more. He believes the Order's rules about interfering with the outside world or not messing with phenomena in the world are outdated, but even more so, he has a feeling that he was destined for more.

Peradan is very slender, almost skinny and though he has a handsome face, he is never referred to as memorable or stunning.

A mysterious orphan left on Manadia who excels in his studies at the Order of Power, Peradan quickly gained respect from professors and peers alike. His insatiable curiosity about the mist near the school leads him to challenge the Order's strict rules.
As he delves deeper into the mystery, Peradan finds himself in conflict with not just his teachers, but with the world around him. Driven by a sense of destiny and a desire to redefine all boundaries, he sets out into the world looking for more.

Education
Order of Power members have access to not just the teachings of the school but of all allied nations universities. Where at first this meant all, it has becom increasingly more dangerous and difficult to access the Human realms where the Church of Essence is rallying the citizenry against all Gifted.
This did not stop Peradan from studying and he is wellknown with all the worlds knowledge and ways to power. It even seems that he has found a way to wield more then one Gift, something that is unheard off and thought to be impossible. This however was not confirmed.

Failures & Embarrassments
Peradan has tried several times to delve into the charged mist that exists on Manadia close to the Order of Power's school there. He has been unsuccesfull so far and at one point was found halfnaked, fizzling and singed near the edge, something that his peers will not let him live down.
Morality & Philosophy
He seems to only value and respond to raw power. As one of the most powerful of all Gifted in a long time, this is not necessarily surprising, but it is concerning given that nothing good ever comes from power hungry men or women.

Power... all Peradan want is Power, but not power to rule. Power to know more and to make sure nobody else ever needs to suffer. Though his usual sharp retorts and stern expression would suggest otherwise.
