Calishite

Calimshan is a region in the south-west of Faerûn, just south of Amn . It has a warm climate and a fair amount of desert. Humans here are generally shorter and lighter than others. Their skin, eyes and hair are usually in shades of dusky brown.
Not everyone ethnically calishite is actually from Calmishan. Migrations over millennia mean they can be found in all sorts of places.
