La-U Ra says she comes from the far Veiled Republic, northern of the Central Continent of Qail. She is a sorcerer and a saucerer. Her stews are heart warming, but don't ask about the ingredients. A large bone is being stuck through the top knot of her hair.
She is the only cook of The Salty Cardinal, a tavern at the inner city wall of Bridgeport. That kitchen is her current home.
La-U Ra is a member of the collectors association called Honorable Men. Her speciality are gravy boats.
