Mar-Vol Bay

Mar’Vol Bay is a massive body of water that spans for miles on end, its deep blue waters often undulating with gentle waves. The bay is enclosed by a range of steep cliffs and rocky shores, where the crashing of the Churning Sea’s waves can be heard in the distance. The bay itself is home to a number of small islands, some of which have been shaped by volcanic activity, giving them a rugged, craggy appearance.
On the northwest part of the bay lies the town of Tel Morrhin, a bustling port city that thrives on trade and commerce. The city is built on the slopes of the surrounding hills, and the streets are lined with merchants selling all sorts of wares, from spices and textiles to exotic fruits and animals.
At the northeast part of the bay is Skree, a village known for its shipbuilding and fishing industries. The streets here are often filled with the smell of fresh fish and the sound of hammering as shipbuilders work tirelessly to construct vessels fit for the perilous waters of the Churning Sea.
Firth, located at the southern horn of the bay, is a small, isolated village built on the cliffs overlooking the sea. The villagers here are mostly fishermen, and their homes are small and modest, yet sturdy enough to withstand the strong winds that frequently blow through the area.
Mar’Vol Bay is a place of great beauty and danger, where the promise of wealth and adventure is tempered by the ever-present threat of the sea’s treacherous creatures and storms.
