The Terra

The Deadly Cat-Turtle-Spider

Aww... it's so cute an- WHAT IS IT DOING? NO DON'T A-
— A very, very, very dead man.
The Terra are a very cute but terrifying species. They're unsuspecting little creatures the size of the average house-cat, having both cat ears and a cat tail, but with an added turtle shell and eight spider legs.   They mostly populate planets void of humanoid species, but sometimes find their way floating into space and through other planet's atmosphere's to attempt to populate and feed on other planets.   It's seen that the Terra uses its hidden razor-blade in its tail to decapitate people and creatures and then eat their head. After eating their head, they tend to jump to the corpse's head area and bind the neck with their tail. Following that, they seemingly bind their body to their neck and nerves and begins to use the body as their own.   They don't seem to be doing much danger with the new bodies, but they could be plotting something. That information is currently unknown.

Basic Information

Anatomy

They have a sturdy turtle-like shell for protecting themselves.   They have eight spider-like legs for enhanced mobility and climbing/jumping.   They have cat ears for great hearing, and a cat tail with a retractable razor blade for decapitating their enemies and binding to their neck.

Biological Traits

They're heavily resistant to environmental conditions like cold, heat, and have no need for oxygen.

Genetics and Reproduction

They reproduce like spiders. Go learn that in your text-books at home or on the internet. That isn't my job to explain to you.   Unlike spiders, they take at-least five to seven years to reproduce.

Growth Rate & Stages

They grow quickly within the span of a week. They're deadly. Once they get to be two weeks old, they're fully grown.

Dietary Needs and Habits

They eat both meat and plants. They prefer meat, as they tend to like taking over their dinner's body for as long as they can.

Additional Information

Geographic Origin and Distribution

They exist primarily on abandoned planets where they're the strongest, though they are sometimes seen falling through the atmosphere and slaughtering innocent victims on planets like Cynder and Luminia.

Average Intelligence

They're fairly smart for a spider-cat-turtle, but they're not comparable to a humanoid species.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

They're practically blind, but they seem to be able to just know where things are around them. They must have some sort of magic or insane intuition.   They have great hearing and smell as well.   They seemingly have the ability to jump atmosphere high and navigate through space. This might actually be a sort of teleportation magic. It is currently unknown.

Symbiotic and Parasitic organisms

They're a heavily parasitic species, taking over the bodies of their dinner's.

If there’s ever an infestation somewhere undesirable, contact me and I’ll contact High Empress Auria, who will send some dragons to take out the infestation! (Don’t worry, I can make sure she sends ice dragons so they don’t;t get roasted alive)
