San-Sarogh

Little is known about the Atrushki kingdom in exile on the edges of the Frost Margin, known as San-Sarogh. Their Losivaa resembles a huge icebound mountain with a peak obscured by thick clouds. The Atrushki’s capital is the city of Noragogh, and it is one of the few settlements not originally built by the Graces themselves. The Atrushki are insular and deter visitors from the outside world; though their queen, Falah-Farun has sent her emissaries to the Solustine Kingdom and the Rathic Principalities. She is wary of humans, her views on them are heavily influenced by the Graces that were her mentors as she and her people fled Helenas. She has come to see humans as untrustworthy and dangerous, and knows that they make unreliable allies.    The Grace Y’Luran, who has no interest in the survival of the Atrushki, hopes that they will make useful soldiers in his planned war against the Solustine Kingdom and its successor states. Falah-Farun has not committed the Atrushki to his cause and despite her loyalties to her former mentors, she has a growing unease about Y’Luran’s plans. The Atrushki have discovered some of the Horandic Gates buried deep beneath San-Sarogh and use them to send emissaries and agents throughout the mortal fiefdoms. They are unaware that it was Y’Luran that led them to find the gates in the first place; the more often the Atrushki use the portals, the more stable they become. Y’Luran’s ultimate goal is to seize San-Sarogh and to use it as a gateway into the Solustine Kingdom for the army that he is building.
