Circle of Greater Powers

The Circle of Greater Powers, also known as the Circle of Thirteen Powers, is the coalition of thirteen Greater Powers of the Astoran Pantheon. These mighty beings direct the actions of their fellow gods to keep and maintain The Balance.

Activities

The Circle does not hold regular conclaves, but does meet when problems arise that concern them all.

Base of Operations

The twelve greater powers meet within the Pavilion of Cynosure which is set within a unique demiplane within the Ethereal Plane.
