Effect

Your bomb inflicts damage to anyone in the splash radius as though from a direct hit on a failed save. Those that succeed on their save instead take the bomb's minimum damage.

A direct hit from this bomb deals damage as though from a critical hit. If the attack was already a confirmed critical hit, this damage is maximized.
