Dial In

A unit with dial in can improve the accuracy of their attacks with each successive strike on the same tile. Each time the unit fires on the same tile, the range increment penalty for the shot is reduced by two, to a minimum of 0. If the unit fires on a different tile, the penalty increases by the distance between the previous and new target, up to the normal range increment penalty. If the unit moves, the reduction is reset. This ability can be used prior to a battle to dial in to an area, following the same restrictions.
