Ranged Siege Attacker

Ranged siege attackers can choose to directly attack a structure or square. This attack uses the ranged attack and damage values of the unit. The AC to hit a structure or square is 10, and hits are not subject to glancing blows or critical hits. If an attack misses, it lands in a random tile adjacent to the one targeted. For each 5 points by which the attack misses, it lands one more tile away from the target. The attack deals damage to any structure, battlefield equipment, or unit in the tile struck by the attack.
