CAPTITAL CITY
The Foere Kingdom crumbles, letting rise the surrounding tribes. The ashes of the human kingdom have birthed a new type of goblin leader: one who seen first-hand the power of economic conquest. Lives need not be sacrificed nor risked in battle to grant control, though this is not an absolute maxim as seen in Goblin CAPITAL CITY.
The Empire became stretched too thin, unable to protect many of its territories. Less of a war and more of a route, the goblins took over much of the Northeast territory.
Building atop the existing infrastructure, the goblins have secured for themselves a respectable amount of land. And have surprisingly entered into a truce agreement with the Overking of Foere, demanding secure trade for peace.
At dig sites they uncover old Hyperborean magic and trade it back to humans. Foere was born from the Hyperboreans and hungers for the power their forebearers once forged.
Serving as their center of goverance all findings from their digs end up here. Industry to dig through and study the ancient artfacts rivals even the workings of the dwarves.
Having surveyed the plains and gotten most of the surface level artifacts, they now turn their attention onto the The World Spine and the secrets it contains.
Human settlements exist only along its edges and even the dwarves have only made a few deeper inroads. This gives the goblins here considerable power and have even forced diplomatic concessions from Foere and neighboring kingdoms.
Having relocated CAPITAL CITY to the base of the mountains, they intend to spend their full capacity delving for secrets and items of power. Content with their physical holdings they need to strengthen thier diplomatic connections with local rulers to form long lasting alliance to protect from the chaotic nature of the world.
