Responsibilities
We ensure the highest quality of life for our citizens by creating all-inclusive plans that balance community, fiscal, and ecological goals while meeting The Hiram Beckett Company's sophisticated demands. We work closely with various departments to collect information and develop programs, reviews, inspections, and systems to improve the community of Beckettville.The Zoning Board
Working closely with the Planning Division, the Zoning Board recommends the boundaries and communities within Beckettville. Re-zoning, use requests, and zoning appeals are dealt with in this division. If you would like to take a look at local zoning ordinances, please visit the Development Department with an appointment.Current Plans In Development
The Blue Taxi
In need of a convenient, cheap ride across Beckettville? We plan to have you covered! The Development Department is in the process of conceptualizing and detailing a plan of action for a series of taxi stops and depots around Beckettville ready for your every transportation need. While our blue taxis will be our most prominent feature, we also have party busses, vans, trucks, and moving vehicles for any possible vehicular rental need.Do you wish to join in our public forums?
We meet with the citizens of Beckettville every Tuesday starting at 9:00am sharp. Forums are held on the first floor of the FinTech Center, conference room B.

Building Division
Beckettville is always improving and requires building permits and inspections to ensure the highest quality upgrades, provided by the Building Division.Economic Development
The Economic Development Division often assists The Hiram Beckett Company in relocation, development, and expansion of businesses and services.Engineering Division
Focused around on-site plans and projects, the Engineering Division processes contracts with The Hiram Beckett Company and verifies plans conform to Beckettville regulations.Planning Division

This plan not only foresees potential changes in our public services but also creates a tidy plan of action for future development and infrastructure. Our current plan showcases the next 10 years in detail with loose projections covering 50 years of Beckettville advancements.What We Offer
Permits
At the Development Department we offer a number of permits available for citizens free of charge. Come on down to the BecCo Compound and ask a representative for the necessary paperwork. They will lead you to a quiet room with a pen and will monitor the form-filling process to ensure the paperwork is properly executed.Zoning Information
