Dragomir Ardelean born into a revenant family, at a young age he was commonly in the streets performing with troupes of young children earning money and looking for information. It was in this environment that Dragomir found his first interest in the behavior of others and the value of information. As the troupes reputation grew so did his social access increased, New circles opened up to him and he wasted no time in exploiting them. To his clan and their Masters, the Koldunic Carpathian Tzmitsce, he had become a valuable asset that could disappear in a crowd or be a commanding presence to influence others. They never knew of his innate ability to change his own face, and that he had long ago stopped using traditional makeup and costumes for disguise. Vicissitude was considered a blight by the masters and almost wholistically avoided, but it gave Dragomir an edge and he was addicted to it. Having been from a family long curated by the Tzimisce. Their blood was particularly gifted as Revenants. Often showing signs of abilities prior to their embrace or ghoulification. after many years of service, Anghel Dănești of the House of Dănești, had approached him and asked to "mentor him". Dragomir accepted and thus started the long process to his ghoulification. During this time his service changed, from a more passive role of gathering information and making money to actively seeking out information about other high society members whom he suspected often of being supernatural in nature. His gift of disguise and mimicry often adopted a person’s entire facade for the purposes of his espionage.
Another young man, Named Alexandru Sima, started his ascension among the ranks of the troupe that Dragomir, starting to take roles from the Young Ardelean boy. At first it was Alexandru becoming friends with the same groups of boys, then courting girls that Dragomir was interested in. He started foul rumors about Dragomir and carefully sabotaged key moments both on and off the stage to cause him to fail. Later supplanting him all together, forcing him into trivial roles that caused the young Ardelean to seethe with anger, which in turn caused him to alienate himself from the group. This caused Dragomir to be very angry and one night he confronted the young sima boy late on the streets in a village, where those who would be awake were more concerned with their own misdeeds than those of others. This confrontation started as a simple assault, a clear intent for murder. A knife attack became a fist fight and turned into a wrestling match as most fights are apt to do. Instead of Dragomir pinning young Alexandru to crush the life from him. He started to twist his flesh and contort his face, where screams once started only muffled cries remained as he removed his nose and mouth, eventually suffocating the boy. He had long used his vicissitude in secret as makeup for performances or to be the maid eavesdropping on a local lord. But never had he been able to use his gift against others. He at first started to panicked before his dark thoughts crept in, “What if I were to become him”, the surprise set in where when he realized he had almost all of their clothes were exchanged and he believed he was just contemplating this dark deed. After he was complete, It looked as if Alexandru Sima stood above a very dead Dragomir Ardelean. Alexandru reporting to everyone that he had been attacked and defeated Dragomir in honourable combat. Thus, ending any concerns over his death. What Dragomir did not know was that this was at the designs of his would be sire, to see how he would handle the issue set before him. Dragomir tried to hide this fact from his Tzmitsce master, and they never spoke of the issue, but it was the catalyst that ensured his elevation into the ranks of the dark masters, unknowing that he was in truth becoming a bit part in a never ending play. Anghel Dănești embraced Dragomir into the house of Dănești. Anghel knowing full well that Dragomir possessed vicissitude and knowing well of the part he had to play in Alexandru’s murder. This passed with time, and Dragomir kept hidden his ability to shape flesh and even through the tasks often set before him were the same espionage and spying that he was asked to do as a child, a ghoul and now a childer.

He taught him of the hospitality of their clan, the high born nature of their rulership and those who corrupt themselves by using powers of the flesh.
