The Great Christmas Fire of 951AD

Screams Rang out in the night as an obvious glow started to illuminate the night sky, the city was on fire.. Mithras has been steadily rebuilding the city, with wood. The Buildings being built this way and so close together create a great kindling for the hunger of fire. As Flames roars cries of alarm families screaming for help. The people in the surrounding neighborhood moved like molasses and as a result the fire roared increasing is intensity unchecked.

The Mithrarian's solders came forward em mass to assess the situation and many quickly retreated to gain more support. Shortly three confidant young women came forward from the darkness. As they arrived the fire light lit the sky as if it were the daylight, causing one of the ladies, airla to take pause. In addition the heat from the house felt as if walking in to a volcano. Yet two of the young brave women strode forward, these two with hair that out tried to outshine the fire blazing before them. The other standing back a bit her single eye darting about carefully, in contrast to her friends this woman seemingly absorbing the light she saw into darkness. They had formulated their plan and without a word they moved into action.

Phaedra having feared for her studies she moved swiftly into the fire itself, daring hell itself to do its worse. as she neared the fire her shimmering skin changed and became rougher, devoid of moisture, dead. With a determined gaze she entered the fire. Seeing their friend go where they could not, Luci walked into the local establishments of undesirables and miscreants. These people daunted her naught quite the opposite she reveled in it. Shortly several local pubs, opium dens and brothels left their selfish ways and moved in an amazingly orchestrated fashion. At their lead a child like young girl whistling contently. The one eyed woman fought against her clan fears and came forward with a sense of strength and nodded her head to her friends as she surveyed the scene before her.

By no means to be outdone, and also wanting noting to do with the horrid fire, Airla turned on her heels and moved briskly to some local houses, undeterred by such things as "doors" or "solid objects" She sauntered into several establishments and quickly gathered a gaggle of humans who had no other desire than to please their new master. In absolute concert the "volunteers" fought the fire bravely, and quickly with a keen focus on the source of the fire. "sadly" several died during the effort to stop the fire and the followup on bracing of the ward itself. Because of their great leadership and their Struggle they saved Londinium from great peril.
