The summons comes the next evening from Raylene for both Tatjana Sparre and Malik to come to the The Blood Halls with haste and without delay.

Upon arrival at the Blood Halls you are met by Raylene the Seneschal of the Prince and led to the lower levels of the Blood Halls into the Chamber of the Elders.

Upon arriving the five Elders are arrayed in their seats. Raylene closes the door and steps to the far wall to join Calistan and Galin waiting quietly.
