Saved Dice
One of the common requests in any system that has RPG dice is Saved Dice or Dice Macros which are usually complicated and not user-friendly. This allows the GM to set or save a dice formula however complex, and make it available to his players. This cuts down on players struggling with what the special code for rolling 2d20 with Advantage, 2d20 with Dis-Advantage or a roll that counts successes on 6d10 target 8+ reroll 9+.
Several Dice examples added to this article using World Anvils - Variable Rendered Fragments

My recommendation is using World Anvil's existing campaign dice roller with with World Anvil's existing variables to act as saved dice. A new variable type would be added like Rendered Fragments called Saved Dice.
For example you would be able to call or trigger these Saved Dice Variables in the Campaign Session Dice Roller, in the Forums Play-by-Post Dice Box or anywhere that you can use dice. Hopefully this allows the use of an existing system to achieve a new feature. Its up to the World Owner to build whatever crazy dice formulas he wants into variables.
