Dely Mugwort, 18th Duchess Cirrane (born 1311) is a Devarii peer, and the current head of House Mugwort.

Lady Mugwort is a noted philanthropist, spending her free time touring her realm and speaking with the commonfolk. She regularly hosts symposiums with realm nobles to discuss improvements to the realm in terms of infrastructure and social standing.

Family

Dely Mugwort was born 1311 to Halmin Highbend and Xanola Mugwort. After her grandfather's passing in 1424, she inherited his ducal title, becoming the 18th Duchess Cirrane. Lady Mugwort is married to Norner Indar, now Lord Mugwort, and the couple have one daughter.
