After one month, and once per month from then on this meal can be gifted to a character that has not previously been in possession of this meal. When this meal is gifted the meal becomes bound to the new owner and the new owner must report to the Public Works with the meal and have their player number written on this meal card along with the name of the month in which it is gifted. Each time this meal is gifted the Upsurge Body value increases by 5. 1 Servings.
