Basic Mechanics: This item may be expended after the user completes their reloading time with a firearm weapon. If the user does so, the next ranged attack call the user makes with the firearm must be “Scatter Shot 5.” Up to five Targets within 5 feet take 5 Ranged Damage as an automatic hit.
