Location Requirements: Must be within a Civilized Operating Theater to perform.

Proficient Mechanics: Requires either a Transfusion Pack with a willing Participant that is of the same Lineage as the Patient or a Cold Storage Sterile Blood Bag with the same Lineage Keyword as the Patient.
Spend 20 Mind and 5 Minutes in Full Engagement Roleplay of attempting life saving surgery on a Patient that is Shattered and does not appear Dead to a diagnosis. If using a Transfusion Pack with a willing Participant, the willing Participant takes 20 unpreventable Body damage during the Procedure, if this would drop the Participant into Bleed Out, they instead die.
At the end of the Full Engagement Roleplay the Shattered condition is removed from the Patient and the Patient becomes Stable at 0 Body and is Unconscious for the next 5 minutes. The Patient can not resist or prevent the Unconscious effect in any way and they can not be woken up. If a Transfusion Pack with a willing Participant was used and the Participant was the same Strain as the Patient they instead do not become Unconscious. If a Cold Storage Sterile Blood Bag was used with the same Strain Keyword as the Patient they instead do not become Unconscious.
(Note: The Patient that is Shattered still must be kept alive during this Procedure through other means. The Procedure does not pause their Bleed Out timer or change how Shattered works at all.)

Achievement Mechanics: Assassin - When performing this Procedure on a Patient who is Shattered, you may choose to at any point cause the Patient to instantly die. Any medical examination will show that they reached the end of their Bleed Out timer. THIS COUNTS AS LETHAL CVC.
