Driftriver must have a valid Email account linked to a google account for users. Driftriver uses a Google shared drive to store server rules and content as well as player character sheets. Players must submit a valid Email address with Google linkage to utilize Driftriver server features. Privacy Policy for the Driftriver Community: Driftriver Community ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Driftriver Community website (hereinafter referred to as the "Community").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Community and the choices you have associated with that data.
We use your data to provide and improve the Community. By using the Community, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible from Driftriver Community.

Definitions

Community

Community is access to the Driftriver Community Discord and Google Shared Drive operated by Driftriver Community.

Usage Data

Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Community or from the Community infrastructure itself.

Information Collection and Use

We collect a Discord ID and an Email with Google linkage for each user for purposes of identifying users, attributing their server resources, and limiting access to those resources.

Our Community does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
