Fort Emberstar

Located where the mouth of the Ashaba pours into the Pool of Yeven, Fort Emberstar is the naval military hub of Driftriver. A tall rocky island with a tall fortress built into the rocks, the lower rocky layers of the island were hollowed out to create a well guarded wharf within a man-made sea cave called the Underwharf. Fort Emberstar also hosts the Emberstar Lighthouse for which the fortress is named.

The Underwharf
The highly protected wharf carved into the rocky based of Fort Emberstar. Protected by rocky walls and a mountainous ceiling the wharf is the launching point of the Driftriver Navy.
Emberstar Lighthouse
Named for the incredibly powerful everburning continual flame burning in its lighthouse, the Emberstar is one of the only things capable of shining through the dense Mistrises that frequently occur. Many sailors owe their ships and lives to the flaring red light of this lighthouse.
