The Arch
The Arch was originally named for its place at the start of the hill that begins the climb towards Highcliff. The headquarters of Driftriver’s law enforcement, customs and corrections branches the district is the first stop for visitors seeking to clear their goods for trade in Driftriver and the last stop for those receiving justice in the city.
The Arch is also the primary entrance and exit within the city for teleportation and summoning magic. In an effort to limit the risks of these powerful spells the city has established a permanent teleportation circle secured with powerful wards. Additionally the Arch also maintains a number of magic circles for the safe summoning of creatures.
