While I am very pleased with many of my Summer Camp articles this one should be considered a Work in Progress. It will most likely be edited after the submit date and should not be considered for judging or prizes. Thank you.
WIP UC Work in Progress Under Construction
Whatever Magnus station was intended to be has been lost to time while being altered over hundreds of years. Located in the ass end of nowhere it is a way station for outcasts, criminals and those who have lost their way. It is a repair station ship depot, an entertainment spot and smugglers den. The station is divided into three broad sections being the ship yards and repair docks, the park or promenade and the safe haven which is off limits unless you belong to the smugglers.
The Magnus houses approximately 6000 workers and family throughout the station with enough air, water and power.
Ship Yards
The ship yards are suitable to handle any ships up to a destroyer class star-ship. The Magnus can handle up to 6 destroyers in repair docks at once.
The Park
The Park is the common areas where most people spend their time during layovers. Taverns, casinos, sleeping rooms, markets, brothels and much more. The Park is common for black market dealing which may or may not get you a meeting with the smugglers. There is even a fighting pit with included cage match if so desired.
Safe Haven
The lower portions of the station afford a hide out and base of operations for the smugglers which total maybe a couple of hundred people. Magnus station works as an excellent location to add to their ranks.
Armaments
The station has been heavily modified and touts PDC (point defense cannons), rockets and rail guns to pack a punch and against anyone foolish enough intrude in their backyard without a reason or a fleet of ships.
Cult of the Titans
A small band of the Cult of the Titans quietly makes their home here paying attention to those that come and go as well as their cargo. They are searching for clues to locate the children of Agamemnon and bring about a second Time of the Titans.
