5th Fleet

The IAN's fifth fleet is one of two fleets stationed in North America the other being the forth fleet. 
The two fleets have differing missions but still clash over jurisdiction.  
The fifth fleet is tasked primarily with policing, anti smuggling and anti piracy operations. Of the two fleets the fifth has less prestige and a lower public opinion. The forth are seen as more dashing and more elite however of the two ships of the fifth have a much greater chance of seeing action and much more of their crew have seen combat.
